The Napa Valley College men's soccer team had a three-game winning streak snapped with a 4-1 Bay Valley Conference loss to host Contra Costa College in San Pablo on Friday, Oct. 31.

The Storm (4-7-4 overall, 3-3-1 Bay Valley Conference) is in fourth place in the league standings.

All of the scoring in the match took place in the first half.

Contra Costa got its first goal from Miguel Jimenez, off an assist from Anthony Gil.

Contra Costa's next goal came from David Martinez, off an assist from Luis Castro.

Anthony Gil scored Contra Costa's third goal, off an assist from Miguel Jimenez.

Miguel Jimenez scored Contra Costa's fourth goal. It was unassisted.

Napa Valley has scored 19 goals in 15 games.

Napa Valley continues its season on Friday, Nov. 7 at Yuba College-Marysville at 4 p.m.
